Process and Timeline

If your experience meets our minimum qualifications, you’ll receive an email from the Office of Residential Life invting you to attend a Group Interview on Saturday March 24. During this unique process, you will have the opportunity to work as a small group to solve hypothetical problems and engage in discussion with your peers around specific topics relating to working as a team player. Administrators and staff from Residential Life will be observing the group interactions and taking notes on each candidate.
In addition, in the weeks surrounding the Group Interview Process, Hall Manager candidates will receive an invitation to have an individual interview with an administrator in Housing. The individual interview will last about fifteen minutes, and will consist of verification of personal information, questions regarding your summer plans, other general background questions, and an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Candidates Currently Studying Abroad: If your experience meets our minimum qualifications, you may receive an email from us inviting you to participate in a telephone interview.
Returning Staff Member Candidates: Candidates who are returning staff members will not participate in the Group Interview Process. Based on your end-of-summer review, you may receive an email from the Office of Residential Life inviting you to participate in a one-on-one interview with the Assistant Director.

February 24th Group Interview Process for all new candidates

Session 1: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Session 2: 1:00 PM.-4:00 PM
March 9th - offers begin (rolling basis)
