HALL HISTORY

Dedicated in November of 1957 in honor of James Keenan '13. Rivals with Stanford Hall -- they share an entrance lounge and Holy Cross Chapel; 2000 Interhall Football Champions. Annual Keenan Revue is one of the largest campus events of the spring semester.

ROOM INFORMATION

Almost all rooms in Keenan Hall are doubles. A handful of singles are also available, which are typically occupied by seniors. There are no private bathrooms in Keenan.

Noel Terranova begins the position of Rector of Keenan hall with several years of experience in Catholic higher education.  Most recently, he was a PhD student, a position which afforded him the opportunity to teach several courses as a graduate student instructor.  Previously, he served as the Associate Director of Campus Ministry in charge of university liturgical life at Villanova University.  He was also an adjunct instructor for the Villanova Center for Liberal Education, where he taught interdisciplinary humanities to first-year students, and he served as a member of the Residential Learning Communities faculty.

Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Villanova University and a Masters of Theological Studies with a concentration in Liturgical Studies from the University of Notre Dame.  He has partially completed a PhD in Theology, also at Notre Dame, and looks forward to continuing his research in the field of sacramental theology.
