Room rates are established annually by the University and are available by contacting the Office of Housing.
To keep the housing rates as reasonable as possible, the following are a sample of some common additional charges a group may incur. Questions on how to reduce and/or avoid additional charges can be directed to the Office of Housing or your Hall Manager. A list of detailed charges may be obtained from the Office of Housing. Frequent examples include:
- Missing Key (includes lock replacement), $100
- Beds not de-bunked, $25
- Excess trash removal, $50
