If you are a university group coordinator, please utilize our website to find more information pertinent for your group's summer stay on-campus. We recommended that you arrange a meeting annually with the Assistant Director for Summer Housing to discuss your housing needs. Although we cannot fully recreate the academic-year experience for our summer guests, we are committed to providing safe and hospitable housing accommodations that best meet your programmatic needs.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-In is after 4:00 PM on the date of arrival.
Check-Out is before 11:00 AM on the date of departure.
EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES
Because we are not a hotel operation, we are often unable to accommodate early arriving or late departing guests. Please make sure that your guests are aware of this policy. It is your responsibility to communicate the above check-in and check-out times to your guests so that their travel plans do not bring them to campus before we can accommodate them.

CHAPEL USE AND RESERVATIONS
Chapels can be reserved for mass, prayer service, vespers, or adoration in the chapel to which your group is assigned. It is recommended that you reserve a classroom auditorium in an academic building for orientations, talks, and seminars as they are not approved functions for hall chapels.
