Housing Contract Cancellation Process
To cancel your housing contract (current or future), please complete the Housing Contract Cancellation Request Form which will be submitted to the Office of Housing. You may be subject to any cancellation or contract break fees, and no cancellations are official until confirmation is is sent to the student from the Office of Housing. If you have not received any response from the Office of Housing within 5 business days, please contact the Office of Housing at email@example.com or (574) 631-5878.
